In order to protect those we serve, the general public and our employees, all NOCA facilities are taking precautions to help limit the spread of Covid-19,

NOCA residential facilities in Jay and Miami are closed to the public. There are no visits or passes allowed at this time. Only residents and employees may enter the facilities. Anyone needing to talk to someone may call our facility phone numbers. The Vinita office is closed, but our outpatient services are being provided via telephone. Our Commerce location is closed to the public, but we will continue to provide outpatient services via telephone here as well.

Administrative staff will be in our Commerce facility and available by phone should you have any questions.

At our Commerce facility, drug testing will still be provided for court ordered clients. Precautions are being utilized to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. If you are a client, and are required to take a drug test, please follow posted rules for social distancing when entering the building. You must take your UA by noon.

If you need substance abuse services, please call. We are doing our best to provide a safe, sanitary environment for al involved and adhere to CDC guidelines.

We need cleaning supplies (Lysol, bleach, gloves, etc.), and if you would like to make a donation, please call ahead to make arrangements for drop off.
